Chiropractic:

Dr. Murray Hassard is a Chiropractor and brings a wealth of experience in Chiropractic and Holistic Health to Pro.Body.Wellness. He has been a Chiropractor for over 35 years in the Oakville/Burlington area. As owner and Clinician of both Hassard Chiropractic and Brant Chiropractic and has treated many bio-mechanical injuries with a consistent 5 star rating from patients on www.ratemds.com
He was the first Chiropractor to work in the Canadian Back Institute with Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Hamilton Hall MD and has been a Motor Vehicle Accident Consultant and Independent Assessor from Oshawa to Kitchener.
Dr. Hassard has extensive background in Holistic health practices and is trained in Homeopathic Medicine and teaches at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (Anatomy & Physiology, Chemistry & BioChemistry and Nutritional Literature Review) and has written the textbook “Science Essentials; Biochemistry to Epigenetics”.
Dr Hassard was on the Pan Am Games Medical team offering therapy to Soccer players. In his spare time, he is working on his Pilots Licence and keeps a plane hangared at Waterloo Airport.

Dr. Rebecca Patterson BA (Hons.), DC, Acupuncture, Webster Technique. She graduated from Kinesiology & Health Science (York University / Toronto, Ontario) in 2005 and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree (Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College / Toronto, Ontario) and Acupuncture certification (McMaster University / Hamilton, Ontario) in 2009. 
As a teen and young adult, Dr. Becky trained professionally as a ballet and contemporary dancer with the Canadian Children’s Dance Theatre (Toronto, Ontario) and the Professional Program of Contemporary Dance (Winnipeg, Manitoba) where she enjoyed performing locally and nationally. She is passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels, using her understanding of human movement and injury for their treatment and rehabilitation. She uses kinesio-taping, acupuncture, manual soft tissue techniques,  spinal and extremity adjusting techniques as well as therapeutic modalities such as cold laser therapy, compression, and orthotics in her practice. 
Dr. Becky is an avid distance runner. She is excited to continue to grow and challenge herself in this sport. She is passionate about active living. She believes in the power of movement to promote health, energy and well-being and to maintain functional independence and disease resistance as we age. 
Dr. Becky is a mother of three. She lives in Milton with her husband, children, and golden retriever, Eddie.

Dr. Cindy Lewis is a Chiropractor and Clinic Director at Pro.Body.Wellness. She is also the owner of Cindy Lewis Performance Training which provides coaching and training services for endurance athletes around the world. Dr. Cindy has been a licensed Chiropractor since 2007 and is also a personal trainer and former professional Ironman triathlete. Dr. Cindy believes in a multidisciplinary approach to caring for her patients. She combines her knowledge of Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Sports Injuries Management and Training to help get her patients out of pain and feeling better as soon as possible. Her experience as a top-level athlete also gives her an understanding of the mental aspects of being an injured athlete and how important it is to stay in the sport however possible, if possible.
While competing in track and cross country running for McMaster University Cindy sustained an injury herself that resulted in her being introduced to Chiropractic Care and it’s many benefits. Her Chiropractor at the time treated her with a wide range of techniques including muscle release therapies, adjustments and acupuncture and as a result of the benefits she experienced she includes all of these things in her own practice and also includes a focus on rehab. On top of her regular treatment appointments Cindy offers 45 minute rehab sessions where she spends time one-on-one with her clients working through exercises with her patients that will help improve their pain, improve their movement patterns, and help them perform better. Dr. Cindy has been an endurance athlete for most of her life and has spent years learning about the body’s functions, biomechanics, injuries, and how to optimize performance while minimizing the incidence and impact of injury.
Dr. Lewis has been a guest speaker for the Canadian Fitness Professionals annual trade show and conference’s in Whistler and Toronto as well as a regular guest speaker for the Running Room.  She has been a contributor to Triathlon Canada Magazine, Breathe Magazine, Can Fit Pro Magazines, and newsletters for Multisport Canada, Toronto Women’s Running Series and Marathon Dynamics.  She has also been featured on TV shows including The Art of Building Bodies and Breakfast Television.

Physiotherapy:

Jeff Hodgart is a Licensed Physiotherapist and has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 1999 after graduating from the University of Manitoba with his Bachelor of medical rehabilitation physiotherapy degree. Since that time he has worked extensively in orthopedics, sports medicine and for 10 years part time with an elderly population in a nursing home. He has taken courses on Acupuncture Gunn IMS, Dry Needling, manual therapy, muscle balance in length tension relationships and pain management. In a former life Jeff taught outdoor education rock climbing white water and  wilderness travel. When he had kids he decided he needed to stay home more so took up triathlon as a hobby and is interested in all things movement related.

Jeff treats with a combination of manual care such as soft tissue work and joint mobilization as well as acupuncture and dry needling. He will work to figure out why you have your pain – and teach you what you need to do both on your own and together with him – to get out of pain.

Registered Massage Therapy:

Evelin is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist. As a former track athlete, Evelin was often on the receiving end of the therapeutic benefits of massage and was often amazed by the ability these therapists had to relax tension, improve functioning, and promote holistic well-being.  She knew then that she wanted to become a massage therapist so that she could one day provide others with the same benefits she obtained from massage therapy.  A graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology, Evelin has been practicing as an RMT for a little over a year.  In that time, Evelin has earned a solid reputation for being a caring, compassionate and capable therapist who is able to effectively and efficiently respond to the various needs of her patients.  Evelin currently provides the following range of treatment options: myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and Indian head massage.

Acupuncture:

Mort Neek, R. TCMP., R. Ac., CRM, B. Sc.

Mort is an Acupuncturist, TCM Practitioner and Reiki Master. After graduating from university in the field of food science and engineering, Mort Neek continuously felt the urge to become a health care practitioner. Once used services of a Chinese medicine doctor and experienced the efficacy and holistic approach of TCM, he became decisive to pursue it as a career. At the first opportunity he started his studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TSTCM), one of the most reputable schools in Ontario that meets the licensing and certification requirements in Canada and the United States for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He started his Acupuncture practice in 2006, and Reiki in 2008. He gradually expanded his practice scope. He is now practicing as a Registered TCM Practitioner, and Reiki Master at Pro.Body.Wellness.​ He has more than 15 years of clinical practice experience and the number is only growing, in addition he has more than 10 years of teaching clinical and TCM courses experience. Mort Neek, is a graduate from the Doctor Program of the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Integrative Medicine: Mort Neek, uses integrated approach to TCM, Acupuncture and Nutritional Medicine.  His passion is in Natural Chronic Disease Management. 

Traditional Chinese Medicine: After graduating from the TCM education, he went on to be licensed in acupuncture and TCM. His focus is in classic Chinese Medicine, using  Acupuncture, Herbal Remedies and essential oils as well as other modalities like REIKI. 

In his Acupuncture practice he utilizes Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Tung and Balance methods. He is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

Dietitian:

Heather Noble is a Registered Dietitian, founder of Heather Noble Nutrition, and the Sports Nutritionist for CL Performance Training and Pro.Body.Wellness. Heather is a former elite light weight and open weight rower. She currently participates in triathlon races and has done up to a Half Ironman distance. Heather is currently completing the International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition. She has a special interest in helping athletes of all levels and abilities to create long-term sustainable behavior changes to lead a happier, happier life, and enjoy a successful athletic career.
