Dietitian

A Dietitian is a regulated health professional who work with clients to help them embrace food, understand food, and enjoy food. Nutrition advice is tailored to their client’s personal needs and challenges. A Registered Dietitian (RD) has a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university program in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and has gone through rigorous on the job training. They are held to the highest standards of education and ethics, looking beyond fads and gimmicks to deliver reliable, life-changing advice. A Registered Dietitian in Canada is registered with their provincial regulatory body.

Heather Noble is our Registered Dietitian, founder of Heather Noble Nutrition, and the Sports Nutritionist at Pro.Body.Wellness and CL Performance Training. Heather is a former elite light weight and open weight rower. She is training for her first half ironman. Heather is currently completing the International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition. She has a special interest in helping athletes of all levels and abilities to create long-term sustainable behavior changes to lead a happier, happier life, and enjoy a successful athletic career.
